34-100 Solid Colors Neutral Base (quart)

Description

XOTIC 34-100 is a neutral base cleer formulated to make graphic colors. With the addition of assorted tint pastes and in some cases toners, you can create any solid color you wish. It can be top coated with any pearl or flake to create a one of kind look. Let your imagination create a unique graphic color. 34-100 was formulated with a small amount of flattener to dull the finish to let you know when it is time to recoat or topcoat. Comes in quarts and gallons.
